Get ua self a thorough consultation to know the cause of Lymphadenopathy, may be u have some infection in the throat, teeth or skin. Take antibiotics for a week, if it doesn't resolve then get an ultrasonography of the neck done

It's lymphadenitis. it's because of infection. Take one course of oral antibiotics. Don't worry. It will go away with medicine
