Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Is vestibule migraine cause swaying/floating problem 24*7 and dizzy and aura around eyes and I done my vng and mri brain pls tell me is it cause these problem and best medicine and my reports attaching here

I am getting buzzing sound in my ear, what to do? Whenever there is no external sound , i hear it otherwise no.

Dear sir/madam, My mother is 52 years has been daignoised with multinodular goitre many years back but  left untreated she has pain in throat. At the time of daignosis it is said to be benign one are there any cahnces of converting it to cancerous one please help me

Cough , throat pain and fever since 2 days. Took Azithromycin 500 1 time a day for 2 days and today morning Relent 5mg Dolo for fever but still fever

My husband is having a pain and a swelling bump kind of thing near to ears and throat and he's having lot of pain and not able to turn his neck and not able to open is jaws.

I'm a 2 pack a day smoker, I've been experiencing wheezing sound in my lower part of throat  that is kinda synchronized with my heart beat, also a lot of mucus, and some swollen lymph nodes in either side of the neck(they are very small, painless), no any other symptoms, what could this be?
