About 1 week i have a lump under tongue, Today the size got decreased. It is not visible but have sense while touch with tongue. i used chewing tobacco but stopped for a month. Need help please suggest, Doctor said it is not a cancer but still dont know what the lump is

My nose is never clear. In the morning specially I face running nose problem or after waking up.
