Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am listening whistling sound in ear from last few days.. is this normal or should I counsel with speacialist.

I have severe ear pain in right ear since 4 days now. I recently had a root canal operation on my front tooth 1 week back post which the ear pain suddenly started. The dentist said it's due to some other reason most likely. I consulted a general physician 2 day back and she prescribed antibiotics for 5 days and some painkillers. I see no improvement after 2 days yet.

My wife had dizziness and left chest pain. Went to ER and brain mri and angiogram was done it came normal but incidentally polyps are shown and CT PNS was done. Is it something cancerous?

Hello doctor From last 3-4 days i am suffering from throat pain i looked in the mirror and found right side of my palatoglossal arch is red and little swollen and behind it a little white spot is also there. Is it some kind of infection or something else. Google showing soft palate cancer. I am very much afraid please help. Attaching a picture here

Hi I have been suffering from DNS and Terbunoplasty .My surgery date is 7th March ,but one of my important exam is on 28th March . My question is whether I should delay surgery or I will be able to manage post surgery complications with exam. Thanks and Regards

My mother is suffering from vertigo for the last 7 years. She has undergone treatment from various doctors including neurologists and ent specialists. She had even taken physiotherapy sittings. But there has been no improvement in her condition. She still gets high intensity episodes of vertigo on a regular basis. And most of the times she gets it when she turns left or right while sleeping or when she gets up or when she lie down. She has not had a sound sleep for the last 7 years. She constantly remains in the fear of having an episode everytime she goes on a bed. Neurologists say it's due to migraine. Ent specialists say it's BPPV. None of the treatment has really worked so far. She is still suffering. Can anyone help???

How allergic asthmatic tendency and nasal irritation tendency, suscepting to be allergic rhinitis can be treated for long term relief. He is having 1 .5 years of this. Besides Antihistamines, nasal spray giving relief for sometime. Is it advisable to take long term nasal spray? Pulmonologist suggest 2-3 months of Foracort inhaler use. These are effective in short term or long term?

I think i have exercise induced rhinitis because i get runny nose after exercising everytime  and no other symptoms are present(No symptoms below my nose). I want to know how long can i take the azelastine nasal spray and is it safe to use it for long term? What are my options here without changing the type of exercise i do?
