Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir/Mam I am suffering from sinusitis or nasal polyps since 10 months. And I had a sinusitis After Covid. And I have got my CT scan twice, and both time results of my CT scan not normal and They shows different and different Sinusitis symptoms. In a first report of my CT scan it shows - PLEASE Check my ATTACHED DOCUMENTS. SIR/MAM day by day I feel different and different symptoms of sinus issues such as now I feel pain in my cheekbones in the month of March and before I got only nasal polyps so that I can't feel much pain in my Cheekbones. Sir/Mam Please tell me what can I do I am living in Jhansi so that's why I am not able to reach most number of ENT Specialist. Sir/Mam I am requesting you to kindly Please Check my reports/CT SCAN PNS So that I can take action in early phase, before my issues got aggravated.🙏🙏                                                          Thank you.

Its hereditary  in my family of Snoring, I was very light snorer earlier, but with last 3 years my Snoring has increased considerably loud , is there any way to completely overcome this situation, What remains the line of treatment ? whixh kind of doctors do I consult regarding this?
