Hard lump/swelling inside right nostril
I just realized that I have a big hard lump/ swelling inside my right nostril. It is painless. It is right beside the nasal passage.
I have been suffering from cough and cold since the last couple of days but it is better now.
I have no other symtoms. I am a teetotaller.
Can it be cancer.?

It could be adenoids which is uncommon.
