Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Recently I went to an Ent Dr he examined me and told I have nasal polyps on right side,left is clear and recommended for endoscopy surgery. But when I surfed about this I came to know nasal polyps might return again and ayurvedic treatment also helps in nasal polyps removal. Can someone tell me what to do. Can nasya treatment clear my polyps. OR should I go for operation. Please guide me

My left side of throat irritate while eating near Adam's apple. I had done laryngosccopy and endoscopy. Results shows nothing but doctor suggested it is something because of Acid reflux. I only feel irritation and no cough and other symptoms. Please suggest .
