Whitish spots on tosnil and fever
From 2 days fever around 101. And whitish spots on tonsil and a little pain while swallowing. Attaching the picture. Do i need medicine as i get indigestion from antibiotics that's why i am asking . Also same happened last year too why it reoccurs. Please help.
