Sir my child age is 5 year old he is having recurrent fever from last 2-3 months like after every 15-20 day he is having fever like on 1 April he has fever which completely subside after paracetamol in 2-3 days but again after 20 days he had fever which also subside by antibiotic and paracetamol this type is repeating after every 15-20 days in last 2-3 months no other issue like i think no fatigue as child is completely active playing watching TV and all no heavy sweating only fever is occours this way every 15-20 days little weight loss also but I think weight loss because of child has started going to school since April so eating habits disturbed and going in sun exposure and hot weather but concern is after every 15-20 fever is coming coming for 2-3 days but completely subside after 2-3 days by paracetamol

Please investigate this at an NABL accredited Laboratory(every page of the lab reports MUST have the NABL logo on the header. Search on Google images to know and recognise the NABL logo. This is akin to the ISI mark and is created by the Government to protect you the consumer from unscrupulous labs which charge you a bomb and give valueless reports, in collusion with many online pharmacies, patient aggregation apps and unscrupulous doctors!).
You must rule out Leukaemias in additional to the commoner causes if Tropical Fevers. Discuss this with your child's paediatrician. Good luck and wish your child a rapid recovery.
