Recurrent ulcer

Am suffering from recurrent ulcers from childhood after marriage it stopped now again started after delivery. Ulcers are irritating and i dont have any others symptoms like constipation, stomach pain or so on. Tried multiple doctors all saying same vitamin deficiency. Any solution?
