Bug in the ear possible?

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I'm having left ear discomfort for about 2 months. Constant flow of mucus through throat and some sharp pain near left ear sometimes right ear. As I'm having exam I thought of goin to doctor after exams. Today suddenly i was having severe irritation and bug came through my mouth. Was my problem coz of the Bug? Is anything serious. I have two more exams. Once it gets completed i ll visit doctor
