Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have allergic rhinitis since 3 years. I noticed that whenever I eat chayawanprash my allergy symptoms subsided to a great extent. Can I continue eating a spoon of chayawanprash daily even in summer?

I have been having blocked/ running nose and cold from mid of January. Starting I had itching in my throat throat pain and dusty feeling with cold . But now presently I have running nose all the time when I get up in the morning and throat doesn't feel right as if there is dry phelgm and I have recently become very sensitive to dust or dusty feeling and I get running nose or sneeze. I'll tell further about the instances how it occured once I get in touch with you.

It's been 7 months since I had covid and till now my sense of smell and taste hasn't restored. I can't smell anything bad but certain smell like onion and garlic smells like chemical. Is this permanent damage? Will.my senses recover ever?

8 days ago I had septoplasty , fess and turbinates reduction surgery. First 2 days blood came out but stopped but again today bloody mucus is coming from one nose. I consulted doctor but he pulled something from nose after that blood is coming when I told him he told me it's normal but after 5 hours still it's coming. I am very scared bright red bloody mucus is coming sometime clots. Is it normal? I am really scared now

My ear discharges since I was 6 years old. It has been controlled by the medicine but this problem never cured. As per my recent Xray I have 40% hearing left in my right ear and I'm currently using ciplox-d. But this medicine also not able to stope discharge. Any other medicine you can suggest.

I had sore throat and these reddish spots. I went to doctor and he have azitromycin and vit. B complex capsule. It has been 6 days. Sore throat is gone but the reddish spots are still there.
