Upper head and back head pain, some irritation in eyes, sometimes yellow mucus coming from nose, if i see light pain in head, what to do sir tell me?? it's from 2 weeks,

Recently I went to an Ent Dr he examined me and told I have nasal polyps on right side,left is clear and recommended for endoscopy surgery. But when I surfed about this I came to know nasal polyps might return again and ayurvedic treatment also helps in nasal polyps removal. Can someone tell me what to do. Can nasya treatment clear my polyps. OR should I go for operation. Please guide me

Throat clearing without any pain aor any lump in throat since 15 days specially at night

My left side of throat irritate while eating near Adam's apple. I had done laryngosccopy and endoscopy. Results shows nothing but doctor suggested it is something because of Acid reflux. I only feel irritation and no cough and other symptoms. Please suggest .

In my mom's esr report ESR is 75.she is getting swelling on neck.  thyroid usg report showing mild diffuse goitre.what will be the cause? Is operation required or can cure with medicine? Pfa reports
