Hi doctor Iam Chaitra my mother is 49yrs old. Since from few months she is having dizziness. She is in menopause stage. We consulted cardio and neuro doctors and even took MRI the doctors told your reports doesn't show an cause for dizziness. Doctor prescribed some tablets. Even then her dizziness dint cure. Please help her to get rid of this problem Thank u
