Headaches blocked nose eye pain
Hello I've been having frequent nose blocks / runny nose .. headaches one eye socket hurting .
I was asked to do a CT scan for PNS in that the sinus shows no inflammation but there seems good be a deviation of the Nasal spectum to the left side & concha lamellosa on both Sides can this be causing these symptoms ?

Nasal blocks, congestion and headache can occur due to a deviated nasal septum ... Will need to look at ur ct scan and then advise accordingly as a deviated nasal septum can be corrected by a simple surgery !
