I have diagnosed osmf 10days back I have throat irritation from 1 month Throat feels like something is stuck there in it, scrathy throat and painful swallowing

do you have any bad habits? Foreign body sensation in throat is because of laryngopharyngeal reflux. Reflux aggravated with bad habits.
