Osmf oral submucous fibrosis,

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Sir ,i have osmf. and i have quit gutkha for 8 days and i never had the problem in opening my mouth but i was having some white grey patches inside my mouth on the cheek but now from 10 days i am on medication and full of fruits and green vegetable as the doctor recomended and now i am noticing that those white grey patches have reduced somethig and specially the white color has vanished from there and something like black it has become . so some reduced left patches is black.wht it indicate?
