Osmf oral submucous fibrosis,
Is there difference between osmf lesion and leukoplakia. my doctor said that i have initial osmf 1 months ago and now my all few symptoms has gone but only i have grey and wjite patch on both side of the buccal mucosa and it can range from 3 to 4 cm in size and on the other side it is thin and small and space is there in between .i want to know is it leukoplakia or osmf lesion or is both osmf lesion and leukoplakia same? and if different which is more dangerous?

Both are two very different diseases, only common thing is they both increases the chances of cancer. The description you are suggesting doesn't fit into the diagnosis... Can you post a pic of the lesion
