Sir, Thread type blood is coming from nose from last 4 to 5 days, without any wound or injury. I am taking dotcam p (alprazolam + propranol) from last 20 days. Please tell me the possible causes.

Hi, I am having swelling near my tonsils area and also have noticed a white thing around the swollen area near Throat. I am not sure if it's tonsils or sore Throat. Symptoms I am having is redness over the area and difficulty in swallowing. I do not have any other Symptoms. Like cough, running nose or fever, nothing at all. Only difficulty is swallowing. Also from past 2 months nobody in our has stepped out, all our groceries and essentials are delivered at out doorstep. I also worried if it's covid symptom, but confused as none of us in the house are exposed to anybody outside. Please let me how I should handle this and also treatment. I have a 3.5 years kid so I don't want to go out for consulting doctor. Attaching pic for reference

Hello Doctor, I was developed a pain in left side of throat in last May. Doctor had done endoscopy, nothing was found. But pain was continued, but pain was less . Recently again started paining, went to doctor and he checked under the left side of the tongue. It is painful under the deep tongue, feeling like sore under tongue. No pain in other part of the tongue. What can be the reason. I am afraid. please help.

Sir iam having inferior and middle turbinate and deviated nasal septum from past 13years from  last weak iam facing during nyt time some time left nostril will block and some right nostril will block But not both at a time one will be free Should I plan for surgery sir If I plan now surgery which surgery will be suitable without any side effects and reoocurent Or should I move on ...iam sleeping very well Is it fine to leave this condition... Hello Doctors , I have been experiencing tinnitus in my left ear for past one month , I underwent PTA doctor said mild hearing loss 20db left 20db right. But when I move my jaw forward my tinnitus sound increases.I have neck cracking and bruxism habit recently I developed clicking sound while swallowing. I doubt tinnitus caused by jaw related issue. Please suggest right medical treatment to get rid of this issue.

Which type of medicine / antibiotics should take in case of sore throat and little cold and headeque.
