Heartbeat noise in one ear
I am 19 and from 3-4 days i am hearing heartbeat kind of thunping noise in right ear . It is not very frequent but happens 4-5 times in a day What can it be?

It can be due to multiple causes like low hb, any vascular pathology in the ear like proximity of the carotid to cochlea, or any other vascular pathology in ear or may be dehiscent superior semicircular canal.
