Noise in left ear only when talking
Sir only when i talk their is noise like clicking or crackling in left ear only,when i m not talking their is not such noise.

Plz try N observe it might be present even while swallowing or eating/ chewing. If so u need to get your immittance test done to rule out negative pressure in M.E. and follow medication
