Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My L Ear and L Nose is blocking every night. I don't have any pain.. but, I have a lot of discomfort. And, When I use ear buds, i can see yellow material from Right ear only but not from Left ear since long time. What could be the reason.?

Hello. About 2 weeks ago i got severe cold maybe because of some dust or something because I was sneezing continuously and aggressively. I took sinarest tablet and the mucus started hardening in my nose. Soon the hardening became irritating so i was plucking them out but it started bleeding enough to stain my handkerchief. The hardened substance in my nose kept coming back and whenever i would sneeze, a little bit blood would come. Now the bleeding has become a bit less but it hurts because the booger or hardened substance is painful in my nostril. This was happening only in my right nostril but now the hardening started in my left as well. I don't know if I'm explaining this well.. but kindly let me know if i should do something..

Doctor, I'm 15 years old. In last month, possibly 7-8 Feb, I noticed small swelling in my inner cheek. It was painful. Then I took Flucoxacillin 500 MG (three per day) for 6-7 days. After taking the medicine, there is no pain and discomfort and swelling also pretty reduced but not fully gone. For this, I consulted a doctor online and give him a photo of the area of swelling (I have also attached this photo on this query). He told me that it is Mucous Retention Cyst. He prescribed me (Loratadine), (Vitamin B Complex), (Vitamin C) for 15 days and told me that The medicine can wipe out the swelling. If it can't go away with medicine, It can be removed by surgery. But, as I have no symptoms and discomfort, there is no need for surgery at this moment. What should I do doctor? Is surgery needed (Note that I have no discomfort and problem with that)?

I'm having dry cough 5-6 times per episode especially after taking water food. For past 1 year on off. Recently the frequency has increased.i also have allergic rhinitis

Nose running ,sneezing..many cold and antibiotics taken ,only relief when medication was continue  then stop nose running start again .

I am recently diagnosed with vestibule migraine I am experiencing dizziness and swaying/rocking sensation 24|7 and some times wobbly sensation also looking like I lost control on my body doctor has given me a tryptomer 10mg for 60dyas pls tell me how many days took to recovery from this
