Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm having cough for more than 15 days now. It's not chronic but need to clear the throat during entire day. It feels like mucuos is being formed in the throat and trickles down the throat

Hello. For almost 5 months have I now had tonsil stones and a bad breath. My throat is sometimes sore and I feel like they keep coming back No matter how many times i remove them.

I am having pain after swallowing food near my chest. According to the symptom I mostly think it is a Esophagitis. Can you please suggest me some medications for this ?

It's been a week I have noticed it, I have 2 lumps hard but small as shown in the picture in the floor of my mouth, i noticed it while I was moving around my tongue. For some time now, my wife has been suffering from sore throat. It has been cold since 25/02/2022. Clavam 625 tablet is taken in 10 doses. Sometimes it hurts but a little, then it is reduced by gargling with hot water. Drinking hot water also reduces it. 2 days is gargling with glycoseptal 15 drops, but not completely reduced. Kindly let me know what to do.

I always deal with cold n cough with regular basis. Whenever i took hot n cold always facing these issue, also with dust also when i takes golgappa etc... Please help me.
