Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had sore throat and these reddish spots. I went to doctor and he have azitromycin and vit. B complex capsule. It has been 6 days. Sore throat is gone but the reddish spots are still there.

Hello doctors .. I have health an anxiety also I notice most of the time on me. Now a days or sometimes i notice in silence ..there is little very little kind of frequency sound in silent when i concentrate and when we are busy then not notice ...is that normal ? And i asked my family members to notice that silence sound in their ears they also notice little frequency sound..

Hi Dr, i feel a sharp localized right neck pained on coughing. I have attached the laryngosopy pics. I am not having swallowing or horsness of voice. I am a non smoker and non drinker and i never had any surgery either. Can you please look into the image what is the cause?
