Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Since last 5 days throat pain is persist and I am facing problem to eat and drink. I took zerodol P but it is not cured yet. Please suggest remedies.

I have a cyst on right side of my thyroid. In 2020 the size of the cyst was 1.5 cm. But now it's 2.4 cm. Doctor suggested me to surgery. He advised me to remove 1side of my thyroid gland. Is there any problem? I am worried that other side works properly or not?

I have swollen nodes in neck, jaw along with muffled ear and ringing in the year. what should i do ?

Last week I used ear plug for 6 to 8 hrs continuous. Next morning I noticed less hearing by left ear and some noise and feeling some water is there. I visited my family doctor and gave me ciroplox drops and citruzine tablet. Found some 50 to 60 percent improvement.    but still I need some advice. Please which medicine should I use?

Hi doctor from last 1 year i have been feeling sudden feeling of out balance, Ear heaviness, Shortness of breath, What cause of this, as i have evaluated cardiac issue doing TMT last 7 month ago. Now a days feeling extreme heaviness in head and palpitations while Standing from sitting long I smoke 10-12 cig daily from last 3 years and drink daily My cholestrol is high, Tg is high, ggt high, bp stays 145/90 Is this related to heart?

I have problem on while speaking more than half an hour,and left side face feels discomfort.left side ear feels little bit pain.May I know the problem of my conditions.

Pain in right side lower skull burning pain the Center of the scalp, right ear pain and heavy right eye. Pl suggest
