Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering with dry tongue, and there are small bumps on my tongue , and i cannot taste anything.

My baby has stuffy nose ...when he has eating spicy it came out like thick mucus and also cool air ...what I will do

A few days ago I scratched my nose a lot then it started bleeding a little. After that I have yellow mucus and red inside my nose. What should I do?

I have been feeling something stuck in my throat for the last two years. Sometimes it will go itselves, it will come itselves. It hurts me more. I had been suggested by a doctor to take neck MRI last year. But everything is ok in MRI. I consulted so many ENT doctors, they say no abnormality in my throat. Long ago I had a habit of chewing gutkha. But I had given up four years ago completely. I undergone tonsillectomy three years ago.  And  I could not understand why it is not get cured.
