I am experiencing swaying/floating problem 24/7 doctors done vng and said its vestibule migraine and he given tryptomer 10 mg for 60 days pls tell me how many days took to start it's working

White spots are occurring frequently near to both side of tonsils in throat. Of it occurs, when i hav little spicy foods, its irritating. What may be the reason. If I do gargle with the solution, its getting treated.

My thyroid report     Value         reference range T3    73                  60-200 T4    8.7                 4.7-12 TSH 1.85              0.3-5.5 am taking 75mcg tablet from past 10yrs..its maintained normal too..shall i continue?? Plz suggest doctor..

Hi, I have the cough n wheezing sound while breathing problem from last month and a half. I have taken medicines earlier prescribed by other doctors but no effect. Could you please help me. Cough sound is also very heavy.

Having white patch on left side of throat ,no pain or fever ,have been prescribed chlorhexidine gluconate mouth wash for 5 days , should I dilute it in water and will it stain my teeth and mouth with 5 day use

I got cough 1 month back as I had cold drink.Immediately on next day got cold and cough, so I took montec Lc tablet for 2 days where it got cured.But this cough is not leaving me.Cough is coming on and off. I took cough syrup for a week thrice in a day but it didn't cure.Getting phelgm and and my mouth is getting dry very frequently.Please suggest me do I need to take any test.
