You are having Eustachian tube dysfunction so repeated blocked ear.
Palpable lymph node is not a sign of cancer.
Size of lymph node is important. If the size is significant then it can be due to infection, inflammation, trauma, Benign or malignant neoplasm.
Confirm by Fine needle aspiration cytology will give vivid idea.
