Having a sore throat, irritation, problem in swallowing from a month Endoscopy done by ent it is normal What to do

My doctor diagnosed me with a geographic tongue. However, it appears on the right lateral border and not anywhere also. Is it possible that geographic tongue affects only a single area of tongue?

Everyday alternate nose blockage sometimes partially blocked sometimes fully, incessant post nasal drip for 3 months . Mild Shortness of breath exists when to talk. All tests including chest xray, ecg, ldct scan , pft are normal. At present taking montelukast+ livocetrinaze and flutocasone spray but nothing seemed to b helped. What can i do now?
