Ringing in ears
Hi doctor ... I have ringing in ears and dizziness, loss of balance, excessive sweating .kindly suggest me a solution already I have consulted ent doctor . he has prescribed vertin 3 times in a day is it safe

It can be acute vestibular neuritis . Take complete rest and continue medicine for 3 days . After three days start vestibular rehabilitation exercises. If it persists you may need MRI brain
