Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My sister is facing problems with cough, sleeplessness during night, something got struck in throat. She was treated with HPYLORI last year and from last 4 months she is feeling allergic issues with dry cough during night after eating, sleeplessness, throat pain, breathing problems during night. We have got blood tests and found that Eosonophill count AEC as 952. Currently she taking Allegra 120 and Banocide forte 100 mg. Can someone help us to address this issue. Whom should we consult and what sort of tests we need to do to find solution to this problem

Hi i am 19 year old . 6-7 days ago i heard my own heartbeat in my right ear that came and went away 6-7 times in a day. Yesterday i visited ent and she gave me levocitrizine. Today i didn't feel heartbeat much but my ear feels really clogged up. Will it be fine with time? I had covid 1 year ago and that time too i had my right ear clogged up. PLEASE HELP

Hi 5-6 days ago i felt hearing my own heartbeat in my right ear. I went to doctor and she removed wax and said that my ear drum in right ear was slightly swollen. She gave me medicine levocitrizine and said it could be due to cold or mucus. What remedies can i do to unplug my eustachian tubes or ears as soon as possible? I am 19

One side of the nose is blocked it transfer from one nostril to other but the nose is not completly blocked is this a serious problem having it for more than 2yr ???

I have chronic pharyngitis, sore throat  now my one side of the tongue feels irritated n some time tingling sensation present. No colour change or lump in the tongue. Tonsils are congested. Is this due to tonsils or pharynx infection or what else?

Hello Doctor, When i bend down suddenly or fast, i hear some sort of wind noise inside right ear. I don't know since when it has started but i have always ignored it. sometimes, i get bone cracking just infront of my right side ear when i move my jaw to the left side(doesn't happen occasionally otherwise i give pressure to crack) Could you please let me know if anything serious related to it ?
