Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

What can i take to get rid of cough which is basically not paining but it is making my mouth dry also the mucus keeps coming can you tell what can i take without any prescription.

I have a clicking sound and something move up and down in my throat... when i swallow...no pain but some times very dull pain...sometimes i also have a jaw,teeth,ear and neck pain...i ate antacid and multivitamin tablets for 20 days...my tongue also buring some times...what should I do?

I have ear pain both side and whistle sound both side It pains when I hear any high or moderate high sound then buzzing sound also in both ear( TV sound, fan sound motor sound, taking phone) Left ear pains and buzz sound more than right ear What test should I do What can cost audiometry and tympanometry? My mother is suffering from vertigo amd dizziness from last 1 month her HB was low, she got admitted in hospital but her vertigo didn't solved but HB is now increased to 9 from 5. Her all test came normal, but cause is un know for vertigo, moving head right left also gives chakar, walking without support is difficult.

Observing this from last 5 months occasionally whenever i swallow and the epiglottis moves up, something along with the epiglottis pops up like a thrust. though i feel no pain but still can feel it. this doesn't happen every time but yes happens 10% times out of 100. the thing started after i suffered pharyngitis 4months back. any suggestions? my medical history is, as long as I remember, often i suffer headaches due to my blocked nose and then i have to take vapour to soothe the pain.

I have been experiencing severe nose blocks and body imbalance since the past few months. None of the medications worked. In the blood test , igE was 1200+ and also doctor asked to get the CT PNS PLain scan done. Attaching the scan report. Please do help.

Since past two days my father's nose tip got red and swollen and painful. Today the whole nose is a bit swollen, though the pain has reduced but it's causing him a headache on left side of the head. What's causing this and what could be the possible treatment?
