Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

In the month of March I has lot of acidity and then I took treatment and was ok and then since last 1 month I feel there is something in my throat above Adam's apple. No pain or anything but a feeling which is very disturbing and when I eat apple it feels the apple skin is stuck in my throat. Acidity is also still there and at times I feel something is stuck n then gas comes out but my acidity issue is 90% resolved but this issue is there please advise.

Hello, I am diagonized with deviated nasal septum and allergic rhinitis. I am using Montek LC and metatop nasal spray. If i use medicine it will be fine if not I will have sneezing and runny and blocked nose. Is surgery necessary? If my allergic rhinitis gets reduced, should I go for surgery? Please help. How serious is nose polyps?? Is surgery only solution ? Will the problem reoccur post surgery please suggest

I used my fingernail to remove wax 3 weeks before. My right ear got infected. I went to doctor he started antibiotics, nasal drops, allergic tablets. Was not feeling better.  I took ciplox ear drop without doctor's prescription. I felt okay. Again after four days thought I got cured and took headbath. From next day again I got pain in ear. I used ciplox ear drop again. But pain got severe in ear and head. I went to doctor, 3 days again he put me in antibiotic. But redness inside my ear is not reduced. My doctor gave anti allergy tablets, nasal spray saying to check my sugar and thyroid level. The pain around my ear and head is still there. How it is related to my sugar and thyroid level? I gave birth to baby girl 3 months before and breastfeeding. Please tell me what can i do. Very much worried.

I have ulcer in inner parts of the upper and lower lips. The edges of the front part of my tongue are red. My lips are dry. And throat is dry too, though I drink enough water. There is lump in the inner part of my right cheekbone. It seems like a cyst. It is painful at times. The two teeth of my right side are painful when I am eating.
