Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Last 2 days facing issue of pimple on my toung with little pain. Please help me to sortout this. Also suggest doctor

My 3 year old has some issues with his ears. I can see some pus/dirt coming out of his ear. I wanted to understand if this is some sort of an infection or normal at this age. Please advice

For 14 days. What can this be? I took azythromycin and gargle but didnt get better. Very little tolerable pain while swallowing.

It's been a week I have noticed it, I have 2 lumps hard but small as shown in the picture in the floor of my mouth, i noticed it while I was moving around my tongue. There is no pain nor does it creates any problem while eating, are growth like this normal? Please help me I am really worried about this. Picture are attached below. Please help me Thank you.

For some time now, my wife has been suffering from sore throat. It has been cold since 25/02/2022. Clavam 625 tablet is taken in 10 doses. Sometimes it hurts but a little, then it is reduced by gargling with hot water. Drinking hot water also reduces it. 2 days is gargling with glycoseptal 15 drops, but not completely reduced. Kindly let me know what to do.

I always deal with cold n cough with regular basis. Whenever i took hot n cold always facing these issue, also with dust also when i takes golgappa etc... Please help me.
