Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello, I am feeling lightheaded and dizziness without spinnig for complete last one day. and also sometimes feeling sudden sweating and dizziness. My BP in Normal level and don't have diabetic. what causes for this?. Do I need to consult ENT doctors or neurologist. Please help..

My nephew is 15years old...He is having infection inside mouth...there is a yellow portion formed inside mouth below the lower teeth gum area..I have attached picture of it...kindly ho through it and suggest any suitable medications...

Inside my mouth there are red patches from 2 days and affected area is increasing day by day.i am feeling rough surface on that red affected area.same way i am also facing problem in swallowing same type of infection i am feeling in throat.i am feeling difficulty in eating hard food.

Hi doctor since last 10 years I'm using tyroid medicine .. recent my blood tyroid reports I attached here ... Is this reports are normal or not .. Still I'm using tyroid tablet every day Plz tell my tyroid levels are normal or not Medicines will continue or stop If I stop medicines in future again I will get tyroid ??? Plz help

I am having symptoms of seasonal allergy like sneezing, runny nose, throat irritation etc since more than 20 days. Since last week i am not able to sleep at night due to breathlessness. I have tried steaming, gargles, nasal spray but there is no improvement in breathing. There is always a wheezing sound when i breathe. Plz suggest me some remedy for instant relief.
