Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having Hypothyroid I have My reports. I want to consult My report to start My Medication and understand it's effects.

I am suffering from allergic cold . sneezing occurs every time . I am suffering from this problem second time .

I am having throat pain since 5 days and i am feeling pain while swallowing food and i feeling soreness and irritation and i feel my throat heavy and burden and some times I feel air also hard to breathe while passing through my throat there is no cough no cold no ear infection no other symptoms. Please provide me a valid diagnoses and treatment. I provided my throat photo please consider them.

Sir I just completed my anti rabies course before 10 days now I am taking PREDMET 8 TABLES for allegry problem in my nose. Will it affect the efficiency of vaccine to develop antibody???

Hello from last 6 month I have experiencing continuous yawning all the time for no reason and acidity problem . Some time unable to yawn completely . Some time I can yawn completely . Also I can't breath if I wear mask, What might be the reason for this ? I recently came to know that my nose bone is bent . Is bend nose bone causes yawning and acidity problem ?

I'm suffering from osmf grade 2 and is under treatment after complete cessation of habits. Post cessation I'm noticing recurrent blister(sometimes blood blister) on soft palate ( left side) at same place when I take a bit of hard foods. It vanishes after few days but gets back because of friction from food items. I'm very much worried, is there something serious. Please suggest. Regards

On the upper right side of the throat I am feeling like somthing strucked. There is no pain. This happening from last 2 days
