Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

As daily cleaning I was cleaning my ears and suddenly realized that cotton from the ear bud got stuck in my right ear. Please suggest me way to get removed. Or atleast suggest Doctor near my place so I can visit them and can get it removed. I stay at Palava City, Dombivili East Thane 421204

I used to get nasal congestion left side while lying down left side and right side while lying down right side.for the last 7 months i used nasal drops to sleep comfortably. In jan got omicron fever cold and then urine infection dry cough.now i am feeling salty and bitter taste on tongue and dry cough sometimes. For the last one month i have not used nasal drops.

Sir , I am a teacher. 25 year old. I get cough(dry) only while teaching. While I start teaching..i feel like some phlegm in my throat and I start coughing. This is only while talking loud or taking class. Please give me a remedy for this..

My nose keeps getting blocked too frequently with the solid, dry phlegm and dust.. Cleaning too frequently and the dry cold air seems to have made the problem worse and now my nose bleeds when I get it cleaned.. Is there a professional to treat this kind of issues? Ive tried using coconut oil to soothe the bleeding, but my nose still gets blocked too fast and I end up having to clean again.. Please help

I am having white water bubbles type of this inside my mouth. Also in tounge .They filled by pass after few hours and also vanish but keep on coming again and again.
