Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir I am attaching pic of my tongue from last 3 days I think it's a ulcer or what in my tongue but not paining just noticed please tell is it anything to worry or just my overthinking

I have branchial sinus which is infected. Have a look over my branchial sinus. Then guide me. Below ohoto is given.

I had first branchial sinus type II which have channel from ear canal to lower side neck after surgery only 1.5 cm sinus is left to be joined from ear canal to extent remainning was exicised. After 6 months i have infection over there and pus is forming in sinus and pus is coming out from opening in ear canal. Now i have swelling and pain also around it. So what should i do now if i dont want to go for surgery because it is complicated because after first surgery i already lost my expression. And having facial palsy. Please guide mee.

Yesterday I did my rtpcr andit came negative but my taste sense is a little less than usual I can smell the odours also can taste ajwain and Tulsi drop also ilachi can be tasted. Why does it happen? Please suggest what can I do
