  4. Neck pain at night. Be a reason for it?

I have a constant neck pain from previous month that radiates behind my ear and sometimes headaches also . It usually worsens at night and I am perfectly fine in the day . Past month I have been told I have an impacted  wisdom tooth can it be a reason for it?
