After nasal endoscopy.. Ent doctor asked for ct scan. Now I need know what is next procedure. Can we heal sinus with medication instead of operation

Sinusitis can be treated medically and surgically. According to CT scan PNS provided the sinus issue can be medically treated.

Ofcourse medications are the first choice. It also depends on many things like symptoms, duration and compliance to the treatment... Surgery also should be preceded by medication( spray, decongestants )
