Bleeding nose since 4 days (2 eisodes)
C/o - 61 year old patient complaint of nose bleed since 4 days it started 2 episodes happened stopped bleeding in few minutes , no pain in head, no pain in face, no pain in the chest or no pain brain. no pain in sinus or no dizziness.Htn, diabetics controlled parameter tested lft, rft, cbc , cholesterol all under normal range Current medication Tmvista Etizola 0.5 Anti diabetic  (t.volgar R 0.3/0.5 bd T.linapride M2.5/1000 T.linapride M 2.5 /500 Telma 40 Hepatologbin XP G.p told us to stop blood thinner for a few days so we stopped what can be the problem assumption how to prevent it? And cure timing
