Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello I've been having frequent nose blocks / runny nose .. headaches one eye socket hurting . I was asked to do a CT scan for PNS in that the sinus shows no inflammation but there seems good be a deviation of the Nasal spectum to the left side & concha lamellosa on both Sides can this be causing these symptoms ?

My 13yrs old niece having problem of nasal polyp. Pl advise the remedy. This seems to be irritated for her.

When I sleep I release drooling while sleeping at evening time and night..it makes my sleep disturbance

Hii Doctor greetings for the day. I am facing a problem from 3days,I am getting blood from nose and mouth when I am splitting,basic first aid I did like keeping ice cubes in nasal area and it got controlled and took some medicine prescribed by the general physician ,but when I am splitting sputum with blood is coming every time.please help me in this ,is this normal? Please suggest, Thanks in advance.

Hi docter. My brother has a bad swelling inside the law lips. It suddenly got swelled so big we have no idea what it is and why it happened. I have attached images kindly help us out.

Am getting throat pain from the past 2days , now its better comparing to day1. Day1/2 i got chills in between as well. Throat is paining when swallowing liquids till now(day3) kindly suggest medication. I did gargle with betadine solution and took sinarest for day1&2
