Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello. It started with having cold for 2-3 days. And after that there's a round lump right before my chin in the left side of my neck. It is hard to touch and pains when touched. Otherwise doesn't. There is no problem in swallowing or anything else. But also there's a pus type thing grown since last 3 days in the same side in my mouth where my teeth ends in the left. What could it possibly be?? I just want to know what is the problem.

I got injured from cricket bat on my left face and that time my left face got numb for few minutes and pain was intense. N dr suggested these two medicines after that Tab Zerodal sp bd, Tab Ethasyl 500mg bd Need some consultation now, should i go for any test???

I've been using nasal decongestant sprays without knowing its side effects for nearly 1 month and I feel like the congestion is reviving back and also I can't atop using the spray. How to avoid using the spray and how to get rid of the nasal congestion?
