Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been experiencing severe nose blockage since last few months. None of the medications worked. In the complete blood test, it showed that the IgE value was 1200+. Could you please let me know, if high IgE value causes Nose Blockage and in turn Body imbalance?

2 days ago I inhaled a lot of dust. I cleaned my nostrils. The next day of inhaling dust i found a lump somewhere in between my throat and the chin. The lump doesn't really hurt and moves a little if I try to move it. 1 or 2 days later, today, my nose feels congested. There's mostly watery discharge coming out of the nose instead of mucous. There's also a bit of irritation in the upper mouth area, as if there's going to be a cough. Should I be worried? And what should I do? Will it go away on its own? Also, I have been taking steam.

Ear got rubbed by key chain initial level inside ,started paining ,used warm oil with turmeric ,still paining  serverly

Hi , My 2.6 year old child having some tongue infection on his tongue from last few months. Some red type of patches appeare & then disappear automatically on his outer tongue surface after few days . But this time he telling some pain on his inner side of tongue & i found attached pic condition. Please help what is this & what should i do.
