Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have ear infection in right side, doctor prescribed me amoxillin antibiotic, monticope tablet and dolo 650 for pain. I am breastfeeding mother of 3 months old baby girl. I really can't bear the pain. From yesterday morning am taking tablets, still the pain is not settled. Please suggest me any painkiller. How long will it take to heal? Inside and around my ear paining a lot. Dolo is not at all helping me

I have taken allergy test 2 years back. Please review the Report screenshot attached. I was recommended to take allergy shots for treatment. So can someone help me, 1. if this treatment is really required at this conditon? (I've read in a health site, that this treatment should be taken based on the condition) 2. What is the cost of the treatment 3. How effectual it is and what are the side effects and probabilities of cure? 4. Is there any other better treatment you prefer as a doctor?

Does baclofen prescribed for ibs also help with tinnitus? Or could it make the tinnitus even worse when taken or after few weeks?
