Micro Laryngeal Surgery with general anaesthesia to be done to treat my throat problem... especially vocal cord to have voice back...

I was a full time eater of gutkha, but now i have completely left it, now sometimes white patches are developed inside cheeks on both sides. WHAT TO DO NOW i have consulted an ENT but he says its nothing, what to eat now , which food will be beneficial to get rid of this.

Hello doctor I have been facing the problem since last 2 months. When I am exposed to allergens, I continuously sneeze and mucus runs out of my nose Whenever I have the allergy attack it lasts very long even 6-7 hours continuously. I usually avoid allergens but if by chance I am exposed to them, I cannot control sneezing and runny nose I visited to doctor also(twice, first to an MD and then to an ENT SPECIALIST) The first time the doctor prescribed cetirizine which didn't relive my symptoms Then the ENT SPECIALIST prescribed me levocetirizine which also did not work for me I am in an extreme trouble, I am not able to study due to this problem and my exams are also very near Please prescribe me something which could really help me out Or help me with some home remedies either.

Hi, I am 24 years old, My neck is swollen from 2 weeks and am getting pain. I have thyroid and it is in normal stage. I have done scan in that lymph nodes are infected and increasing in size. Is this needed a surgery or any other option will be their please suggest

I have allergic problem from last 3-4 yrs It bothers me a lot, whether it is hot or cold, in every season I start having sneezing, then it comes continuously and water comes out of my nose and tears also start coming from my eyes.Please I am taking medicine but I am suffering from this allergy, please tell me any good treatment for this, I will be very grateful to you.

I am suffering from intermittent non localized front neck pain for a year after recovering from covid. I have consultant ENT and general physician. In number of blood rest like CBC,Serum IgE, E.S.R, CREATININE(SERUM), TSH (ECI), Throat Swab test, every thing found ok. Although they prescribed antibiotics , neuro pain killer, tablets for allergy but these all didn't work. I am not taking any medicine right now. But the problem is still same( problem is stable, neither up nor down). It comes and goes but, problem is not being permanently resolved. Please suggest what can i do?

I had a runny nose few days back and suddenly i had dry cough and i started having thick yellow phlegm...and soon after that my head started paining...the portion right above my eye and then my teeth started paining... everything on the left...head nostril and teeth! In the month of March I has lot of acidity and then I took treatment and was ok and then since last 1 month I feel there is something in my throat above Adam's apple. No pain or anything but a feeling which is very disturbing and when I eat apple it feels the apple skin is stuck in my throat. Acidity is also still there and at times I feel something is stuck n then gas comes out but my acidity issue is 90% resolved but this issue is there please advise.
