Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have tonsillitis. How does tonsils get infected? Is it due to the food we take or due to virus bacteria present in environment

I have tongue ulcer for 3 to 4 days and its slowly heal and this is my tongue picture its little pain what is this is this cancer

I suddenly had a small hard swelling in parotid area (in 3/4 of ear end)of left ear 3 days back. It was paining at the start but after taking pain killer pain is not there. But fever and that hard swelling is still present. Please suggest.

Its been 45 days since my septorhinoplasty surgery . Can I start going to the gym ? Or should I wait ?

I have shownmy throat to three ENTs as of now for my sore throat on right side 1st ent said i have acid reflux gave me some medicines but no relief 2nd ENT did 70 scopy and said i have reflux and gave me tab rabonik and tab allegra i hadit for 15 daya but no relief 3rd ENT also checked my throat and said if its not gerd then it might be neuralgia and gave me tab nortryptomer but no relief which i took for 1 days Then i gotmy blood  test done It showed allergy in immunoturbidimetric test and was over 1000 and ent gave me histafree tablet i took it for a week but no relief So now i am taking tab flunarin 5 mg and one inhaler foracort syncobreath But still i have sore throat on my right side and its irritating and burning I am just afraid regarding throat cancer Although first two ENTs did endoscopy of my throat And also irritated by my pain and burning (i am non smoker or drinker)

Asymmetrical nose.. appears inclined more towards left side. Want guidance on the solutions for the same and best way to find a way out to treat the same.

Today i woke up and clear my thorat and when i spit i saw a small about of blood with it. Some bubbles dot like blood were still stuck in my throat .. It is in dark red colour like brown, i dont know.. I m worried. As i am 18 yrs old and i didnt diaognose with any other prblm till now.. Yeah i suffered from gerd very often and having throat discomfort from past few day coz i eat a lot of ice cream but m not suffering from coughing.. But when i saw those bloods lines in my spit i really got shocked .. Am i going to die?

Namaste sir/mam ! I am taking mikacin 500 mg twice daily, for infection in urine. It's been 4 days. feeling relief but experiencing a ringing in right ear. Is it due to this medication? I am thinking of stopping but i fear antibiotic resistance may develop if i stop this medicine early. Please guide me 🙏.

I've been on injection treatment for OSMF (Kenacort+Hynidase), but last time when the doctor gave me injection 21 days ago in the cheeks it developed a pimple and after 2-3 days it turned into an ulcer type of thing. It's hurting.

Hello doctor.. I don't drink regularly, but I have taken alot of alcohol last month, couple of times I faced a problem of bitterly tongue taste. Whatever I take food, it tastes bitter and some kind of awkward taste, even I can feel awkward taste even I'm drinking water. So I have stopped taking alcohol for a 2weeks. Day before yesterday, I took alcohol in a party, next day I do feel the same thing again.. may I know the reason for it please..
