I have been getting headaches along with runny and stuffy nose, everytime I wash my hair. Sometimes headaches get worser leading to continous puking.It interferes with my daily life as I started get these symptoms frequently, when I work out, exposed to dust, while doing any household chores,etc. I take over the counter medications and sometimes do steaming to lessen the symptoms but it would give me only a temporary relief. I'm guessing it to be a Chronic Sinusitis issue, please let me know if there is a permanent cure to fix this issue.

I had stapedotomy in my right ear in March 2021. Hearing was improved immediately but after few months, I feel the same way as prior to stapedotomy. Feels like ear wax is accumulated. Worried whether it is just wax causing bad hearing or stapedotomy procedure was not successful. Please suggest.
