Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having pain in left ear since afternoon. I have checked there is no wax in it. Recently I had cold, could that be the reason for this ear pain?

My consultation is going on i met with in accident about 10 days back n my nose its almost healed but i need to know it is healing right as my mose currently is certainly bend from the outside is that swelling or it has healed incorrectly

I have been facing Nasal Congestion more often. Which is the safe medicine or nasal drops to get rid of it. The Nasal Congestion often comes and stay longer on consumption of certain dairy products like curd, milk etc. on regular basis.  Whenever I use any medicine or Nasal drops, the congregation reoccurs after sometime so better suggest something which can really cure.

My mother(61) is taking budamate 400 inhaler for asthma- 2 puffs in morning and 2 puffs in evening from last 5 months. She is now experiencing change in voice ( more hoarse). Is it because of the inhaler? How can it be cured?
