Pus like pale yellow discharge from ear
From few day I hav notice some pale yellow like smelly discharge when I use ear bud at the inner side of my ear no pain nothing but sometimes a little heavy of fillied it feels 6 year back I had my eardurm operated same year coz I had hole in it since then every thing was normal now my question is again ear drum can rupture or wat

Please note the quantity of ear discharge and whether it is associated with ear ache or so.From Your Complains it looks like you have the recurrence, In short ear drum may be ruptured again.
Next Steps
Consult your operating surgeon in person, and get further advise regarding same. You will be put on antibiotics and pain killers (if pain).Plus if the perforation is present, you maybe advised a surgery again.
