Sticky but watery yellow discharge
Sometimes, I get watery yellow mucus flow from nose. Although it is sticky but it is not rubbery. It is just like water but sticky. Is it sinus allergy or something else.
Few years ago, while doing sutra neti, I had bruised somewhere inside and developed bleeding for minutes.
