Sir , I have recently seen my nose that on one side i have lump in nostril and it does not hurt but i am facing difficulty in breathing from one nostril. Throat and ear pain

Throat and ear pain because of infection. Taking clavam 625 for 5 days twice a day along with benadryl syrup . Congestion has gone down but slight pain is still there in the throat and ear. Can I continue clavam for 5 days more??

Pin pricking pain and voice change

For last 4 month I am getting a pin pricking pain in the righ side near the Adams apple while coughing , now from last 1week i am starting to get occasional voice change not much but slightly. I am a non smoker, non drinker and non tobacco user. Is it a sign of larynx cancer? Can you suggest anything for voice improvement?
