Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

So, the problem is that from last 1 year I have been suffering from mouth ulcers and mouth sores. I consulted many doctors but didn't get desired results and in the end I consulted Gastroenterologist and It relieved me to some instance for 2.5 -3.5 months but since the beginning of rainy season my condition has become worse than ever all I see in my mouth is mouth sores and white skin peeling out from everywhere. I can't even describe the pain that I am feeling due to these cuts in my mouth and throat I consulted with very famous homeopathic doctor of my city but isn't making any difference please help me I don't know what to do and whom to see now.

I am having cough with yellow phelgm and mucus which causing irrigation on throat and cough. And make throat jam while breathing out

Dear Dr currently I am facing problem related to pain in my throat. And its comes and go. When I eaten something or took liquid not feeling pain in throat but when my throat dried and swallowing our own salaiva its pain. Kindly suggest me medicine.

Mouth blisters erupt in inner cheek and tongue. Recurrent. Happens after 1-2 months. There is pain and inability to eat.

I got little sore on my right upper throat with white dot and red surrounding. And very next day it turned into painfull swallowing with ear pain, body ache, little dry cough and fever at night. I consulted GP after 2 days of fever. I am taking antibiotics since last 2 days but throat still pains. Also temprature rises but post consumption of paracetamol it vanishes of with lots of sweat. I am curious about it now. Note: I am facing acidity problem since last 1 month or so with heart burn but which is now very mild as compared to what it was but is still there.
