Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Do maggots or other small insects can enter body and brain through ear ???. If yes is treatment available or not ???. Please answer.

It's been 2 or 3 years, I am coughing during and after eating food. Especially the heavy meals such as lunch and dinner. During having a meal, I cough and mucus comes in my throat. When I finish eating, that mucus irritates me and I cough to get rid of it but it doesn't help. After sometime, I don't feel mucus in my throat and it becomes normal. If it's light snacks then I don't get mucus or cough. Please tell me what's the reason behind this as it's really hard to eat food peacefully.

Hi team I get prone to cold cough frequently not sure of the reason throughout the year. Happening from last 2-3 years consistenly. Got a CT SCAN PARANASAL SINUSES (AXIAL + CORONAL + SAGITTAL) done last evening. FINDINGS: "S" shaped deviated nasal septum with convexity towards the left side and nasal spur on the right side mildly impinging on the right inferior turbinate. Nasal turbinate hypertrophy is seen (R>L) causing partial nasal blockage. Polypoidal mucosal hypertrophy is seen in bilateral ethmoidal air cells with partial occlusion of bilateral maxillary ostia, frontal and sphenoidal recess with polypoidal mucosal hypertrophy and polyposis in frontal and bilateral maxillary sinus (L>R). Mild mucosal hypertrophy is also seen in sphenoidal sinus. Just wanted to know...is this something serious - can it be treated via medicine or does it need surgery.if surgery is it complex. Medication started: Montek LC ( dinner), solspre(3 times ), nezaflo ( 2 times ). Pls suggest

My ear stud was struck in ear for a week my mother slowly removed it i loss some blood from my ear but my ear size was enlarged pls help me to git rid of this problem is it septic for pls solve my problem

Hi I have been having severe pain on right jaw on n off, surrounding, jaw ears and swollen face with sudden pinch for last 6 days. I showed to dentist and started amox ketorol dt sos since 3 days. . today morning I woke up severe pain and took ketorol kt,  later got RCT done but started fever , dizzy, and chill with 102+ since Eve. Is it teeth infection or something severely impacted ? Or covid test ? No xray and image handy

Iam having Ear pain from 3 days and today it really unbearable. I have Ciplox ear drops today afternoon bu there no reduction in pain . Can you please help me in curing this pain.

Dear doctor can I take amoxicillin clavulanate tab for throat treatment. If I took then advice me proper dose how many times and how many days will it take.

I went to my swimming class a few days ago , after coming home...my left year felt a bit muffled ...so I used a dropper to pour two drops of water in it and sit it in for a few seconds and then turned my head sideways to let the water drain away and there was a bunch of ear wax, it smelled and it was dark...what should I do ? My left ear is still muffled.
