Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

20 August 2021, I started Smoking cessation than on sept i had loss of voice ( recovered in 3 weeks approx ) , than inflammation of tonsil which lasted more than a month as well as throat infection , in November i had palatal infection , in december ENT PNS radiographic report says mucosal thickening of both maxillary something with no symptom . My ENT Mrs Sangeeta Kalita helped me throughout my Quit smoking journey . In January follow up visit to her I said everything that I still feel palate burning feeling , slight redness medial to Maxillary teeth region 28 . He prescribed me SM FIBRO for 90 days . Redness of mucosa in palate gone but a small portion still slightly elevated , she also asked a dentist to examine my mouth  . I had to removed those wisdom teeth . But now my main issue is sudden face pain , headache , eye pressure sometimes . My ENT is out of city for a month . what advice anyone of ENT suggest me as now i know i have mild sinusitis only as of radiology reports .

Recently my ears paining so much with that my gums and eye nose feel discomfort also scalp what could be the problem?

What is the best way to clear mucus from blocked sinuses? I have a deviated septum and I am already doing steam inhalation, using nasal spray, drinking warm water and kadha, as well as doing pranayam. But the cold is still there and taking a while to clear (more than a week). I don't have a continuous cough, headache or throat infection. I had fever in the beginning for 3-4 days but it subsided with paracetamol. No bodyache, muscle pain or fatigue. I had a runny nose for 1-2 days but then my sinuses got blocked and since then it is taking a long time to clear. Please advise.

My left ear pinna is feeling heavy from last 2 days...but heaviness is not felt inside ear or in auditory canal...no redness no swelling...

Dear doc My throat is having pain at one particular point in right side on oropharyngeal wall. At this point, the throat looks like it's has peeled off and any mild spicy good is causing discomfort. Also this is a cobblestone throat. I thought it might be because of my post nasal drip and reflux but even after taking pantaprozol DSR for long enough, it does not seem to be fixed. Is it possible that, the reflux or post nasal drip affects only one side of the throat? I also have pain in right tongue. What else medicine should I take. And also what to apply on this throat lesion to heal it.

Hi My throat feel scratchy since morning. I had half a day of mild post nasal drip in the morning. No fever, nose feels a bit itchy. Please suggest some medicine for this

I am having mild discomfort in my ears recently and sometimes it feels like ear is blocked. I have a habit of using q tips. I moved to Europe for studies 6 months back and my skin on the ears is feeling dry. Recently i felt like my right ear is blocked so i used the ear camera to see and clean it. Since then i am having little discomfort in my right ear and a feeling of fullness but the pain is very less. I have attached photos of both the ears. Does this look good or should I see a doctor?

I am unable to breathe easy... Nose are blocked and I can't feel taste due to sinus.... Some I can smell but not all time... I need home remedies..

I have sneezing in any type of irritation of septum from last 3 months. Now little *polyps* is seen and watery secretion is more now and sneezing getting severe day by day. In early morning after weakup it's worsen non stop sneezing. What to do please reply.
