Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am using exotic ear drop for ear pain, how many drops should I use to stop the pain , suiden the pain starts at night, I can not bear it, so what to do stop the ear pain now, next morning I visit to foctor

10-12 days back I suddenly felt sore throat. I thought due to climate change or throat infection. I consult a doc, he gave cefixime for 5 days. But i didn't get relief. Again consulted another he told for laryngitis then i was given 3 days amoxcillin. Didnt recovered much and then i consulted MS ENT he told me same problem and given steriod (dexo) amd amoxycline for 5 days. Today is 5th day of EnT medicine. Upto yesterday i felt 50% Ok.. Bit today morning when i wakeup condition was very bad. I was not able to speak a single word even. I tried for 2 hrs then i took steam after which i am able to speak little. I am again worried that what to do? I am basically teacher. So my voice is my everything. Please suggest me best to heal this problem.. Feeling low after somuch anitbiotics and low result

I have diagonsed osmf having a sore throat more then 2 months I feel my throat is swelling and irritation in it sometimes pain also I have stop consuming any kind of tobbaco from one month but still feel irritated and not much relief from medication My thyroid and endoscopy is done and it's normal What I have to do now please help having lots of problem thinking about this

Hello doctor, my age is 17 years my childhood vaccinated for tetanus is complete UpTo 4 dose intinal 3 dose UpTo 6 months of age and one booster at 18 months after that one tetanus toxoid injection at 15 years of age due to injury one tetanus toxoid injection in September 2021 and one tetanus toxoid injection before 7 days but today got injured in mud soil. do I need tetanus immuglobin injection as I read in Google that tetanus toxoid does not give instant immunity and I have taken toxoid before 7 days only do I need tetanus immuglobin for protection

Took 6 injections of cefotaxime 1000mg and sulbactum 500mg in 3 days as prescribed by an ENT doctor. Now 90% improvement in throat. Now he prescribed clindamycin 300mg BD for 3days. Is it necessary to take that??? My gut health is already very bad. I just want an opinion. This was my tonsil condition when i started on IV.

I have this feeling of water flowing from head ..it flows all over head top, back and face..after using flowmist nasal spray (corticosteroid) it started. I have seen so many Neurologist, psychiatrists but they say mri report is fine but it's continuously flowing 24/7 for last 12 years.. I have dry nose ears hot head .my nose is most of the time congested and dry my eyes are dry scalp is dry, hair is dry..Is it possible musus flowing under skin.. It literally feels water flowing. Just like water flowing outside skin. Can anyone help me..
