Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From 3days it feels like back side of tonque got swallon and both side of tonque iticng, at present I am taking thyronorm 75

Hi, I've attached a pic below. There's a small reddish thing on my tongue and I'm not sure what it is. Also the back side of my tongue is in different color. I do not smoke, do not drink.

Dear doctors.. It feels like some mucus is stuck in my throat from last one week and it is not going down However there is no problem in eating or drinking food and drinks Just that i am trying to push mucus down but throat seems dry

Hi! I had vital fever 3 weeks ago and developed an ear infection. After that, I cannot hear from my right ear for the last 3 weeks. There is constant ringing sound as well in the right ear. I sometimes feel dizzy (a few minutes episode) and then I become normal. I did PTA, Stapedial reflex and Tympanometry. Please could you have a look at the report and let me know if anything is wrong?
