Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My septoplasty and Turbinoplasty surgery finished on 7th Jul means before 4 days . But I feel like something mucus type is inside my nose and one nostril  is partially blocked. Is it normal after this surgery or I should consult my surgeon??

My problem is sneezing runny nose, non stop sneezing please suggest me best medicine for my problem.

Appears small lumps under my tongue. I have being watched it since last 8-9 months and also some red vesseso are there. I have consulted with a physician and he said " it's normal as because I'm a regular smoker so it has been appread. Until it will give me some pain or irritation or some burning feeling it is ok'. But today I watched it has increased little bit. Though I have no such problem like irritation / pain / burning sensetion etc. But still I am little bit worry. Please tell me is it problematic / something malignant???

My 4 year old has enlarged tonsils and he can't sleep without having sleep apnea and heavy snoring and breathing. Now he is discharging milkish liquid from his nose.

I am having a little buzzing sound in ears. It is atleast since a month.  It's very mild. I am also suffering from anxiety. Just wanted to know if these two hv any connection. And who should i approach first ENT or psychiatrist? Is tinnitus serious? I am having a crucial exam next month , so can I  provisional treatment right now online rather than physical visit ? Please help.

4 months ago I had an fess, septoplasty and turbinates reduction operation. Today morning when I wash my nose with nasal wash I saw red blood with mucus coming out . I am attaching picture. Is it something serious. I had viral fever with cold few days ago.

I have been experiencing throat tightness and difficulty breathing. I cannot swallow saliva but i can swallow food and water. I have week stomach and I feel like puking when ever my stomach is full and whenever I travel
